Vallejo Model Air — AMT-7 Greyish Blue

Soviet AMT-7 — VVS standard underside blue-grey 1942–1945. Il-2 Shturmovik (from 1942), La-5FN, La-7, Yak-9, Yak-3 belly colour. Replaced AMT-1 as the standard underside from mid-1942. Appears on the majority of late-war VVS aircraft.

Application: Water-based acrylic. Thin with water for brush painting, or Vallejo Acrylic Thinner for airbrushing. Add a few drops of Vallejo Flow Improver to cut surface tension, improve levelling, slow tip dry, and allow water-based acrylics to spray like a lacquer or solvent-based paint. Aim for a milk-like consistency.
