Vallejo Model Air — Sky Blue
Subject: Aircraft
Sky blue FS 35550 — US Navy and training aircraft. Post-war USN trainers (T-28C Trojan, NAS Pensacola), some early jet trainers, and Hellenic Navy Grumman HU-16B Albatross. Also suitable for general sky-blue markings on training and communication aircraft.
Application: Water-based acrylic. Thin with water for brush painting, or Vallejo Acrylic Thinner for airbrushing. Add a few drops of Vallejo Flow Improver to cut surface tension, improve levelling, slow tip dry, and allow water-based acrylics to spray like a lacquer or solvent-based paint. Aim for a milk-like consistency.
