US Earth Brown (approx. FS 30118 / FS 30099 range) — terrain-adaptive camouflage color used for soil-rich environments, approx. 1940s–present (primarily field-applied WWII, standardized later). Applied to: M4 Sherman variants (field camo in Europe), M10 Wolverine, M18 Hellcat, M36 Jackson, M3/M5 Stuart, M8 Greyhound; Vietnam-era vehicles including M48 Patton, M113 APC, M551 Sheridan; modern use on training and experimental camo for M1 Abrams, Bradley IFV, and HMMWV. Used in Northwest Europe (1944–45), Vietnam War (1965–1975), and training environments mimicking European terrain.

US Army Ground Vehicles — Earth brown patches

Application: Water-based acrylic. Thin with water for brush painting, or Vallejo Acrylic Thinner for airbrushing. Add a few drops of Vallejo Flow Improver to cut surface tension, improve levelling, slow tip dry, and allow water-based acrylics to spray like a lacquer or solvent-based paint. Aim for a milk-like consistency.
