German Sandgelb (sand yellow) — North Africa and Middle East. Wehrmacht/Luftwaffe Afrika Korps standard 1941–1943. Panzer III/IV (early DAK production), Sd.Kfz.251 Ausf.C, Fieseler Fi 156C Storch (Rommel’s personal aircraft). Also Italian RSI aircraft in North African theatre.

Application: Water-based acrylic. Thin with water for brush painting, or Vallejo Acrylic Thinner for airbrushing. Add a few drops of Vallejo Flow Improver to cut surface tension, improve levelling, slow tip dry, and allow water-based acrylics to spray like a lacquer or solvent-based paint. Aim for a milk-like consistency.
