Vallejo Model Air — Bronze Green

British/Commonwealth Bronze Green — Western Desert upper surface and vehicle colour 1940–1942. Crusader AA Mk.I, Ford/GM-built 15cwt trucks (8th Army), Morris C8 Quad (Royal Artillery). Also some RAF aircraft in the Middle East applied a bronze-green local scheme. Distinguishable from the later SCC schemes by its more olive cast.

Application: Water-based acrylic. Thin with water for brush painting, or Vallejo Acrylic Thinner for airbrushing. Add a few drops of Vallejo Flow Improver to cut surface tension, improve levelling, slow tip dry, and allow water-based acrylics to spray like a lacquer or solvent-based paint. Aim for a milk-like consistency.
