Vallejo Soviet Air Force VVS 1941–1943
Suitable for: Ilyushin Il-2 Shturmovik, Lavochkin LaGG-3, Mikoyan MiG-3, Petlyakov Pe-2, Yakovlev Yak-1/7. Covers mid-war AMT-12 / AMT-6 / AMT-7 schemes and green-brown-light blue combinations 1941–43.
Application: Water-based acrylic. Thin with water for brush painting, or Vallejo Acrylic Thinner for airbrushing. Add a few drops of Vallejo Flow Improver to cut surface tension, improve levelling, slow tip dry, and allow water-based acrylics to spray like a lacquer or solvent-based paint. Aim for a milk-like consistency.
