Vallejo Model Color — Pale Grey Blue

Subject: Aircraft

Pale blue-grey. Suitable for Luftwaffe RLM 76 Lichtblau approximation on small scale, some post-war aircraft undersides, and as a light blue highlight on grey schemes.

Kriegsmarine & Battle of the Atlantic 1939–1945
Bismarck, Tirpitz — Blaugrau — hull stripe variant
Prinz Eugen, Scharnhorst, Gneisenau — Alternate scheme lighter component

Application: Water-based acrylic. Thin with water for brush painting, or Vallejo Acrylic Thinner for airbrushing. Add a few drops of Vallejo Flow Improver to cut surface tension, improve levelling, slow tip dry, and allow water-based acrylics to spray like a lacquer or solvent-based paint. Aim for a milk-like consistency.
