Vallejo Mecha Color — Chipping Fluid
Subject: Mecha · Universal
Water-soluble masking medium for hairspray technique chipping effects. Apply between base coat and top coat, then use water to remove top coat areas selectively, revealing chipped and worn paint appearance on any mecha or vehicle subject.
Application: Water-based acrylic. Thin with water for brush painting, or Vallejo Acrylic Thinner for airbrushing. Add a few drops of Vallejo Flow Improver to cut surface tension, improve levelling, slow tip dry, and allow water-based acrylics to spray like a lacquer or solvent-based paint. Aim for a milk-like consistency.
