The same Collector's Club Special No.3 platform as the red F50, released as a separate edition in Giallo Modena — the vivid factory yellow that Ferrari offered on the F50 and which has become one of the most recognisable colours in the marque's history.

All specifications are identical to the red version: hand-finished die-cast metal body, opening doors, front hood and rear engine cover, fully detailed V12 engine, carbon-pattern interior with seatbelts, steerable front wheels, and both Berlinetta and Barchetta roof configurations included. The Giallo Modena colourway commands a premium over the red version due to its relative scarcity — fewer examples surface in new and sealed condition.
