Tamiya Semi-Assembled Diecast Models

These are among the rarest and most sought-after items Tamiya has ever produced. The Tamiya 1/12 Collector's Club Special series was a limited run of semi-assembled premium die-cast models produced for Tamiya's collector community — and they have not been reissued. Finding one new and sealed today is genuinely uncommon.

Each model in the series combines die-cast metal construction with hand-finished body panels, working suspension with die-cast metal suspension arms and real dampers and stabilizers, and opening doors, hoods, and engine covers that reveal fully detailed interiors and engines. These are not toys and they are not standard plastic model kits — they occupy a category of their own: pre-finished collector pieces that require only minor final assembly with a screwdriver, delivered ready for display.

The Ferrari F50 features a full monocoque frame, faux suede and carbon fibre interior accents, and the option to display with hardtop roof or roadster tonneau cover. The Enzo Ferrari builds on this with an even higher level of detail — a fully realized V12 engine and drivetrain, gull-wing doors with spring-and-damper mechanisms, photo-etched mesh, and working electronic damper controls. The Nero (Black) version of the Enzo was a Collector's Club exclusive, individually numbered and among the rarest of the series. The Porsche Carrera GT features a rear wing that deploys when the license plate is pressed and a removable hardtop, with a V10 engine fully exposed under the rear deck.

All five pieces in our current inventory are new, sealed, and complete in box. These will not be restocked.
