Description
AKIRC974 - AK Interactive Real Colors AMT-1 Light Brown 17 ml.
A warm, medium grey-brown tone — AMT-1 Light Brown, one of the upper surface camouflage colours applied to Soviet mixed-construction non-fighter aircraft from summer 1943 until the end of the Second World War. Part of the AK Interactive Real Colors Military range in the new 17ml plastic dropper bottle, RC974 opens the VVS (Soviet Air Forces) colour section of the range covering late WWII Soviet aircraft upper surfaces.
RC974 AMT-1 Light Brown was one of the standard camouflage colours used on upper surfaces of Soviet mixed-construction (wood and metal) non-fighter aircraft — primarily bombers, attack aircraft, and similar types — from the summer of 1943 until the end of the war. It is therefore correct for VVS mixed-construction non-fighter aircraft upper surface colour summer 1943–end of WWII, including the Il-2 (late production), Il-4, Pe-2, Tu-2, DB-3F, and associated Soviet bomber and attack aircraft of the period in the late-war AMT-1/AMT-4 upper surface scheme.
- VVS upper surface camouflage colour summer 1943–end of WWII on mixed-construction non-fighter aircraft: Il-2 (late), Il-4, Pe-2, Tu-2, and Soviet bomber and attack types
- Pairs with RC975 AMT-4/A-24M Green in the late-war Soviet two-tone upper surface scheme for non-fighter aircraft
- Lacquer-based, airbrush-optimized — smooth, opaque coverage
- Compatible with AK RC701 / RC702 High Compatibility Thinner, Tamiya Lacquer Thinner, Mr. Color Thinner, and Mr. Color Leveling Thinner
- New 17ml plastic dropper bottle — 70% more volume than the original 10ml glass bottle
- Part of the 180-colour AK Interactive Real Colors lacquer range
