Description
AKIRC931 - AK Interactive Real Colors Bronze Green 17 ml.
A very dark, near-black olive-green tone — the Bronze Green colour used for cockpit instrument panels, framing, and interior structural areas of US military aircraft during the Second World War. Part of the AK Interactive Real Colors Military range in the new 17ml plastic dropper bottle, RC931 is included in AK's WWII US Aircraft Interior Colors set as the lead colour in the set, covering USAAF, USN, and USMC applications.
RC931 Bronze Green is one of the standard interior colours applied to US aircraft cockpits during WWII, used specifically for instrument panels, cockpit framing, structural supports, and other dark interior areas. It is therefore correct as a WWII US aircraft interior colour for instrument panels, framing, and structural cockpit areas across USAAF, USN, and USMC production aircraft including the P-47 Thunderbolt, P-51 Mustang, P-38 Lightning, B-17 Flying Fortress, B-24 Liberator, F4U Corsair, F6F Hellcat, TBF/TBM Avenger, and associated types where Bronze Green was specified for these areas.
