A dark, muted olive-brown tone corresponding to Federal Standard 34031 — the US Army's standard overall helicopter colour from 1985 through to the 2020s. Part of the AK Interactive Real Colors Military range in the new 17ml plastic dropper bottle, RC899 covers the full span of post-Vietnam US Army rotary-wing subjects, replacing the earlier Olive Drab FS 34087 as the fleet-wide standard and carried by every major Army helicopter type from the mid-1980s onward.

RC899 US Army Helo Drab FS 34031 matches the colour introduced in 1985 as the new overall finish for US Army helicopters, superseding FS 34087 Olive Drab across the fleet.
