A warm, medium tan corresponding to Dark Tan (FS 30219, also known as Sierra Tan ANA 628) — one of the most significant colours in US and Israeli military aviation, serving as the sandy disruptive tone in both the USAF South-East Asia camouflage scheme of the Vietnam War era and the long-running Israeli Air Force standard desert scheme. Part of the AK Interactive Real Colors Military range in the new 17ml plastic dropper bottle, RC895 covers an exceptionally wide span of aircraft subjects from the 1960s to the present day.

RC895 Dark Tan FS 30219 is one of the upper surface colours in the SEA (South-East Asia) camouflage scheme introduced by the USAF Tactical Air Command shortly after the outbreak of the Vietnam War and used until the 1980s. It is also one of the upper surface colours in the IAF (Israeli Air Force) standard desert scheme used from 1967 — following the Six Day War — until the 2020s, covering the A-4/TA-4, F-4E, F-15I, F-16A/B/C/D/I, Mirage IIIC, Nesher, late Kfir C2s and C7s, Ouragan, Mystère, Super Mystère, Vautour II, Fouga Magister, Do 27, and Do 28. For the USAF SEA scheme, RC895 is used as the tan upper surface tone alongside Forest Green FS 34079 and Medium Green FS 34102, covering the F-4C/D/E Phantom II, F-105D/F Thunderchief, F-111A/D/E/F, A-1 Skyraider, A-7D Corsair II, OV-10 Bronco, AC-130, B-52D (wraparound scheme), and all USAF TAC aircraft in the standard three-colour SEA upper surface scheme from approximately 1965 to the early 1980s.
