A warm, slightly off-white referenced to RAL 9001 Cream White — the subtle but important distinction from pure Signal White that makes all the difference in accurate scale reproductions. Part of the AK Interactive Real Colors Standard range in the new 17ml plastic dropper bottle, this lacquer-based cream white is the correct choice wherever a stark bright white would look too clean or modern.

RAL 9001 has two well-documented uses in WWII German subjects. As Elfenbein (Ivory), it was the standard interior colour for German armoured fighting vehicles throughout most of the war — applied to the upper fighting compartment of the Panzer III, Panzer IV, Tiger I, Panther, StuG III, and most other Wehrmacht AFVs. As winter camouflage white, RAL 9001 was the official washable white emulsion applied over Dunkelgrau and later Dunkelgelb exteriors on the Eastern Front from 1941 through to late 1943, when it was replaced by RAL 9002. Beyond German armour, it also sees use on Luftwaffe aircraft interiors, Italian military equipment, and a range of civilian and industrial modelling subjects.
